The 30 Day Meme: Day 2 – A photo of something you ate today.
I started off my day with a small bowl of Kashi Honey Almond Flax cereal. It has 9g in a serving, and while the serving size is more than I can eat, I’m still getting more protein from the amount of Kashi I did eat then I would have gotten from any other cereal.
