The 30 Day Meme: Day 7 – Your dream wedding.

Our wedding is my dream wedding. It wasn’t the most glamorous (why hello there, justice of peace and nine months of pregnancy), but it was one of the most important days of my life, and what made it special and so memorable and poignant wasn’t the flowers or my dress or the wedding favors, but that I was getting married to the love of my life. (Also making sure that we were married and thus legally tied together to prevent the the circumstances of our daughter’s birth allowing her to be called a bastard was important, haha.) ♥

P.S. I blogged this while on the road. Go me for reaching a new level of dorkiness (and blogging dedication)!

Im so glad to see someone say that the wedding they had was their dream wedding <333 So sweet!!!

  2. Finally, some one realizes that a dream wedding doesn’t have to be crazy expensive and involve hundreds of guests. My older sister spent nearly 200k on her wedding, and she has no more to show for it than some photos of a really nice party. My twin sister was married in my living room in her socks, by a justice of the peace. And she’s perfectly happy with that, even if they did have a really big church wedding for our Catholic family later, she still likes her real wedding better.

  3. The bastard bit has me on ROFL! Here I am like awww, OMG HAHAHA!

The relationship between those joined is much more important than the glitz and glam :). So many people have these big shindigs and end up divorced. Blech. Oveeer it!
