I was first introduced to PayPerPost in early 2007, and it was through there that both my paid blogging and freelancing writing careers took off. I seriously have IZEA to thank for how well I have done over the past 3.75 years, because if it weren’t for them, I never would have met the client I have completed thousands, literally 15k+ thousand, of work for, after he read my blog while checking out a paid opportunity I wrote for his company.
I have been a loyal IZEA follower since my beginning with them. I have participated in PayPerPost, SocialSpark (IIRC, I was one of the early adopters/users back in ’08!), Sponsored Tweets, and more recently, WeReward. They are one of the first companies in the blog marketing frontier, so obviously they had a lot of learning and growing to do along the way, but they have also set their standards — and subsequently mine — quite high along the way. It’s because of them and their programs that I know how valued bloggers are, and what we really are worth — and trust me, it’s a hell of a lot more than the measly two and three dollars that some advertisers have the audacity to throw at a blogger and expect $20 worth of work for.
With that said, I ♥ everything about IZEA. On a personal level, I love how much money I have earned through them, how well they’ve treated me, the product reviews and even the $500 K-Mart gift card (I won that right before Christmas ’08 — that was freaking INCREDIBLE!!!) and indirectly, through the private client that I met only because of my involvement with PayPerPost at the time. I love how IZEA, and the guy behind it all, Ted Murphy, and his awesome team (Carri and Crystal, your names come to mind in particular! :)) are constantly brainstorming and coming up with new and exciting things for the paid blogging industry. I can’t wait to see what you all come up with next!

I love the new layout and colors. Something about it is crashing me in Chrome.
I’ve pretty much given up on anything izea does. I’ve gotten almost nothing from them since I first joined them and their sites. Make me think I’m a loser in the blogging world LOL It’s prolly true but STILL i want some frackin moneh!! xD
