I moved. Well, I moved my domains. As for me, there’d have to be a lot in it for me to willingly pack up an entire house worth of crap — plus the additional crap we’ve accumulated since moving here three and a half years ago. I’m fine right where I am, thank you. *plant* But as far as my domains, and those I host for family and friends (including Danielle, Debbie and Jenn), they weren’t so fine. Until recent times I had been happy with VoNetwork. I recommended them to everyone (and have plenty of affiliate earnings to show it *blush*). But then… I don’t know. Ownership changed. Suddenly support tickets weren’t being answered. Sites were going down randomly. Email was sucking. And as the crap started happening more frequently and the time it took for a response to come forth increased as well, I decided to start shopping for a new host. Now, I can count on one hand the number of hosts I’ve had since my very first domain in 2001 — CyberPixels, Netrillium, E-Starr, and VoNetwork — so I took to Twitter to ask for recommendations.
Ultimately, I opted for Site5, based on Angela’s recommendation, and here I am. 
A $20 coupon code took some of the sting out of the first month’s payment for a decent little reseller account, and quick replies via Site5′s website and their support ticket system has reassured me that I’ve made the right choice. So far, so good!
You had replied to me an Caity you were gonna go with Surpass, what changed your mind? Just curious since that’s who I’ve been with for.. well.. ages now (better part of a decade).
And that’s good, I’m glad you’re happy with the new host. I got my reseller with Surpass a long time ago so I still pay the old price. $10 for 10gb of my own space + 10gb of reseller space

I love love LOVE Site 5. I’ve been with them somewhere around 5 or 6 years I think? They have always answered questions for me very quickly (including an ownership change) and have just been amazing :D! I hope you love them as much as I do!
I’m glad you’ve found a new (and, hopefully, better) host. It seems that whenever sites change ownership the quality can take a downturn. I guess it’s commitment or management techniques…who knows. I hope that Site5 works well for you.

I remember the days of using Netrillium, that’s where my very first domain was hosted and I felt like I was on top of the world because I had a domain LOL. Good times.
WPWebhost is a great host, too. Super quick response to support tickets, and I actually get my hosting for free for as long as I want. All I had to do was write a review about them. If you’re looking to cut down on costs, that might be another way to go.
I’m glad you found a host that you’re happy with. I almost went with Site5, too, but then Surpass was having a ridiculous sale for Valentine’s Day so I got sucked in.
