I was first introduced to Hollywood products back in August, when my boss gave me a few strips of Hollywood Fashion Tape to use to keep my belt closed and the end of it from flapping in the breeze. I thought the stuff was great, and when I saw packages of it in a clearance bin at Target a few weeks back, I made sure to grab a few. But this review isn’t about the tape. It’s about Hollywood Clear Bra Straps, which are clear, adjustable plastic straps that can be used in place of colored straps. Obviously these straps will only work with bras that feature removable straps, but since so many of them do these days, you’re probably in luck.
I received two sets of Hollywood Clear Bra Straps to review, and I immediately knew of a top I’d need to use a pair with — a black and dark gray striped top that fits well all over, but is inexplicably large and gappy around the neckline.
The straps themselves were easy to unwind and “prep” for the bra strap swap.
And just as easy to swap out the regular straps for.
Ta-da!
I’d definitely recommend Hollywood Clear Bra Straps for a cheap, easy-to-use and effective solution to eliminating bra straps from showing because of the cut, fit or style of clothing.
