Disclaimer: this is a review of a sex toy.
I have to admit, I’ve developed a thing for clitoral vibrators that are contoured for the female form; the Nea, the Diva, the We-Vibe II, just to name a few. And now I have Fun Factory’s Layaspot, thanks to Fascinations.
Layaspot is an elastomed (thermo plastic elastomer, which is non-porous and free of phthalates. It feels similar to silicone!) clitoral vibrator that is molded and curved to fit right against the vulva and clitoris. It delivers decently-strong vibrations (including an optional pulse pattern that can be activated when the toy is vibrating at its fastest speed) consistently throughout its 4″ semi-boomerang shaped form, with the vibrations themselves powered by three AAA batteries. One thing I really like about the Layaspot is the sharp curve located near the head of the toy — it’s perfect for pressing directly against the clitoris for strong contact. The on/speed adjustment and off buttons are located on the top of the head of the toy as well, which makes it easy to adjust before, during and after use.
Overall, I like the Layaspot, though I wish its vibrations were a little deeper. I like vibrations that reverberate; Layaspot’s are only moderately deep. But they’re enough to get the job done, and in the end that’s what really counts!
