OMG, you guys – I did it. One month of blogging. Whoo! I blogged on days when I was out of state, days when I was with a friend at the dentist office, days when I was having surgery or just out of it, etc. And on a few occasions I had to do those lame “in before midnight!” posts, but hey, they count even if the quality sucks.
Considering it’s still November for a little bit more, and November is a month for thankfulness and gratitude, I’m going to leave the rest of this entry for a list of things I am thankful for – both significant things and trivial things, heh.
- Daniel, my husband, my wonderful, wonderful husband. No, he isn’t perfect, but he is amazing. Wonderful (I use that word too much). Through thick and thin, health and sickness (these past few years especially: definitely through sickness, injury and surgery-induced pain), through everything and everyone that life has thrown at us, Daniel has been ever steady, ever faithful, ever loyal, ever dependable, ever amazing. Daniel, I love you so freaking much.
- Jason, my best friend. I’m so glad he’s come into our life, and into our family. His friendship, his caringness (new word, heh), and his awesome cooking skills are without rival!
- My children. Duh. What kind of mother wouldn’t mention her children? Alyssa and Ryan, the hearts walking outside of my body. I can’t love them enough, loving them hurt sometimes because watching them grow and flourish every day is just so amazing.
- My Pug. Yes, my neurotic, totally-dependent-upon-me, mopes-without-me Pug, Leah. Her neediness can be annoying, but I adore her.
- My jobs. Yes, jobs. In this economy I would be grateful for just one reliable job, so I’m quadruply grateful for all the work that I have – even if there are days when I bitch about the work being never-ending.
- Dan’s willingness to decorate our Christmas tree in nothing other than PINK! and SILVER! See?
- My hot pink laptop. Yesssssssssss.
- Manic Panic’s Hot Hot Pink and Color Jamz’s Raspberry Kamikaze.
- Android.
- My KitchenAid mixer. Where would I be without it, especially with the holiday seasons coming up?!
- The internet!

Lol, A very nice list. Love the tree!

I never do these things because well, I tend to lose interest in staying committed a few days into it. I commend you, my friend.
Thanks! It was definitely a challenge. Now I can relax, ha!
And your friend Amanda

Awesome job. I never had anything interesting enough to say so I’m like pfft whatever. Love the tree. I like how you always do a nice theme each year to keep things fresh. I”m also an Android fan, I’d be lost without it.
