I fell asleep on the sofa for two and a half hours this afternoon (with Dash, BlueBoy, and Leah on me), have been running a fever since I woke up at 3:30, my chest feels weird, and I’ve got a cough. That cough. Looks like there’s going to be lots of Amoxicillin and codeine cough syrup up in this joint.
Alyssa was out of school yesterday and today. Ryan went today, but he spiked a fever again this evening, so right now it’s kind of up in the air as to whether either of them will make it to school tomorrow.

Call me stupid, but I didn’t know pneumonia was contagious. I always thought it was the after-illness of a flu or some such, so.. color me taught on the subject!

Aww. :\ Sucks to hear that you are sick. It’s bad enough when kids are sick and you feel so helpless but it’s so much worse when you feel awful, too.
