My name is Jenn. I’m 27 years old and I live in a rural, quiet area, but I’m a city girl at heart! I was born on June 13th, 1984. I come from a family consisting of a dysfunctional mother and father, and two autistic brothers.
I’m married to a wonderful man named Daniel. We have been together for over ten years; you can read more about us here. We are blessed with two lovely children – Alyssa, our dramatic and super-artistic seven year old daughter, and Ryan, our bubbly, strong-willed, autistic five year old son.
In addition to the husband and the kidlets, I also have four cats and a Pug named Leah, and a handful of smaller creatures who live in cages and tanks.

I’ve been on the blogging scene since the late 90s, and will most likely continue to be here for quite some time. Chances are you’ve known me – or of me – at some point or another. My more well known domain names include kiss-my-kitty.com and xoxo.nu.
Didn’t you used to be…?
A lot fatter? Yes. I had gastric bypass surgery on November 18th, 2009. You can read more about that by checking out the posts tagged with gastric bypass, and by checking out That Fat Chick.
So what do you do?
In addition to being a mom and housewife, I also work from home full time, doing freelance writing, search engine optimization & social media optimization, and the occasional blogging gig. Photography is one of my passions.
When I do have a few free moments, you can find me watching television, reading, writing, listening to music, or most likely, taking photos with my digital camera. It’s a Nikon D40x, and you can find my 7000+ photos at Flickr.
