I think I’ll go ahead and get my hair cut tomorrow so that I can style it this way. I have such serious split ends and lack of style that it’s almost embarrassing  to wear my hair down. That’s why I almost always have it up in a ponytail or in a clip. :haha: It’ll be nice to have good looking hair. Yay!
As far as Mulder: he’ll be okay. :cat2: I turned the heat up and gave him some Little Noses (a vet in Pittsburgh recommended it to me last year), and he seems to be doing better. I just hope the other two don’t catch his cold. Nothing like sneezing, sniffling cats! :eyeroll:
I’m hungry. I think I’ll go get dinner started: spaghetti, meaty tomato sauce and cheese-filled garlic bread. :yummy:

So I’ve hooked up my Logitech web cam. It’s nice.
Poor Mulder. :cat: He’s not too happy with his cold, and has spent the entire day with me. Whenever I go, he goes – in the bed, the bedroom, the bathroom, the living room, etc. Right now he is, of course, with me – sprawled on the desk in front of me. :haha: I guess misery loves company.

I’m annoyed. :irked: Here I am, all worked up thinking something bad showed up in the results of the 24 hour urine anaylsis, and it was fine. They brought me in at 8:45am to tell me everything was FINE???
However, my blood pressure is still high. :worried: If it stays elevated, I’ll be induced at 39 weeks (I’m 37 weeks now) – on October 11th.
I tried calling my mother to let her know, figuring I’d leave a message if she wasn’t there. Well, she wasn’t there, but I couldn’t leave a message because she forgot to turn on the answering machine for her new phone! :dammit: Duh Mom! I e-mailed her, but I bet she’ll decide to call me before checking her e-mail, and I’m sure she’ll call after I’ve laid down for a nap and have fallen asleep. :eyeroll: With her, that’s how it always goes. Actually, that’s how it’s been going since last Thursday. I fall asleep, stay asleep, and would keep sleeping through the morning, except the damn phone keeps ringing. :frustrated: People, stop calling me!
I’m irked with the damn Kia. :car: Here I am trying to keep my blood pressure down, and as I’m driving home I notice that the gauge for the gas has dropped down to empty, and the gas light is blinking and flashing at me like crazy. So I freak out :boogah: thinking that I won’t have enough gas to make it off the highway and down the road with, let alone home, so I get off the highway at a different exit to put gas in. You know how much it took to fill the tank? 9.77 gallons. Want to know how much the tank holds? 13.8 gallons. There was still over four gallons left! :bigmouth:
Lastly, I had a total moron to deal with as I was driving along 741. The speed limit is 25mph until after the Strasburg railroad. Then, as soon as you cross the intersection of 741 and Paradise Lane the speed limit doubles (50). This senile old coot that’s behind me passes me as soon as the light turns green and I go through the intersection. Not legal for two reasons: technically the passing zone doesn’t begin until you’re through the intersection, and you’re never supposed to pass/switch lanes while going through an intersection.
Oh, and the most important part: once the s.o.b. passed me and jumped back in front of me he was only doing 45mph! In a 50mph zone! :wtf: Um, hello, newsflash asshole: you should only pass someone if you intend on going a lot faster than them. Needless to say, on that stretch of road there I drive along at 55mph-65mph, so as soon as there was an opening I passed him, then flipped him off on the way by. :swearing: Asshole.
I swear, everything is out to get me today.
Ooh! One good thing though.
I received my free Logitech QuickCam Messenger from Comcast today. Yay!
It’s hard to believe, but I haven’t dyed my hair since May! :haha: So yesterday, armed with a buy-one-get-one-free coupon, I scoured the health and beauty section at K-Mart and picked up hair dye:
Now I’m sitting here waiting for it to set. Only another 15 minutes to go!
So, Daniel and I went out to lunch at Red Lobster with my mother. :yummy: Afterwards the three of us went to Daniel’s grandmother’s house. She had for us a bassinet, a box of baby clothes, a queen sized fitted sheet, some curtain tension rods, and another car seat! It’s an Italian one – another removable-seat-in-base style by Peg-Perego. :bounce: It was very nice of her to get all those things for us, and I told her so and gave her a hug. The three of us were there for over three hours talking. :blahblahblah:
After dropping my mother back off at Red Lobster so she could get her car (well, my car, since she’s borrowing the Buick) we went to K-Mart to pick up some things: soda, Capri Sun, hair dye (buy one get one free baby!), cookies, and… wedding bands! :couple:
Okay, I’m off to bed. I actually went to sleep around 9:00pm, but of course I woke up at 1:00am. :eyeroll: Now after eating a hotdog and having a glass of milk I’m sleepy again, so, goodnight!
Tomorrow morning is my 8:45am appointment at the OB/GYN to find out the results of my urine analysis and what they plan on doing. I’m nervous about what the news is going to be. :ack: Wish me luck! :crossfingers:
