I did wind up closing Thursday night. Today (Friday) I had off, and spent it picking up my paycheck, stopping by the bank, then running errands. I splurged and bought myself Norton Internet Security 2004. It was only $60 – Circuit City and Best Buy wanted $72 for it. Wow, this is the first legit piece of software I’ve ever owned. :haha: It feels… weird. Just think! If something goes wrong, I can actually contact technical support. But, let’s hope nothing goes wrong. :crossfingers:
Norma, one of the women who works at Burger King, stopped by tonight to give me a Fisher Price vibrating infant seat and a Graco swing, as well as a few infant toys. :heart: That was nice of her.
Tonight I’m going out with Daniel, and then I work tomorrow from 11:30am-4:00pm, and then I’ll come back in to close – 8:00pm-12:00am. Yay, more hours = more money! :cha-ching:

I really need to stop these two and three day lapses between posting. :dammit: This time a year ago I was making multiple posts per day. 
Then again, I wasn’t working, nor was I six months pregnant and wanting to sleep at every turn. :haha: Ahh, how times have changed. But for the better? I’m still not sure.
Anyway. I went to my OBGYN appointment Tuesday afternoon. I was lectured for forgetting to get my blood work done (I should have had it done the same day I went for my ultrasound. Whoops!) as well as losing four pounds in the past three weeks, rather than gaining. Funny. My stomach seems to be getting bigger (I have to squeeze into all but one pair of pants, and those are the pants I wear to work. :blah:) and I feel like I’ve been eating a lot. Daniel seems to think that perhaps I lost enough weight in other areas to compensate for the baby’s (and uterus and placenta) growth. Hmmm. He could be right. But still, that doesn’t explain where all the food I’ve been shoveling into my mouth went to. :haha: You know, I bet this’ll be the only time in my life I’ll be lectured and discouraged from losing weight. :eyeroll: Sad but true.
Daniel and I went out Tuesday night and had a very nice time together. :couple: It was a beautiful night out, so we took some blankets to a field and spread them out and just laid there and talked for a bit, as well as… :censored: That must have put the baby to sleep, because she didn’t move at all for the rest of the night or even yesterday until the afternoon. :bugeyedtongue: Silly girl.
Oh! We’ve picked a name!!! We’ve decided on Alyssa for her first name, and her middle name will be Marie. Alyssa is Greek for sane, rational, yellow flower (Alyssa is a form of alyssum, which means yellow flower). Marie is the French form of Mary, which is Hebrew and means bitter, and mother of Jesus (bitter… how fitting).

Okay, I’m going to go nap for a bit, and then I need to get out and go take my grandmother to a doctor’s appointment. Then I’ll come home for a bit, and then I need to be at work at 4:00pm. I’m only scheduled until 8:00pm, but I’ll probably stay until close, because I’m a money-hungry, hour-grubbing employee. :rotfl:

Sunday turned out to be kind of screwy. :boogah: I worked 12:00pm-3:00pm, took an hour and a half break, then worked from 4:30pm-9:00pm. :bugeyedtongue: Oh well. Extra hours = extra money! :cha-ching:
I spent a lot of time yesterday working on seduced-boards.com. There are two new themes, theme previews, and some little modifications to the appearance of the boards (minor, unless you’re a regular you probably won’t even notice). :whew: I was busy.
Right now I’m waiting for my nails to dry, and then I need to get a shower and leave by 2:15pm for my obgyn appointment. :stork-girl: And then it’s off to work from 4:00pm-11:30pm. Oh! Speaking of baby, I can now feel her kick from the outside. 
Last night when I was laying in bed I had my hand on my stomach and I could feel her kicking from the outside. :heartbeat: It was sweet. Daniel was excited to hear about that, so when we’re out tonight we’re going to try and feel for her to move around/kick again. :couple: Speaking of us, we’re now looking into apartments as well as possibly buying a trailer – the mortgage payment and lot rent would be around $480, which is how much we’d be paying for an apartment! Plus, depending on the development we’d be in, we might not even have to pay for certain utilities. For instance, there’s a trailer here in this development that’s for sale (I’m stopping by on my way out to get the details). In this development water, heat, sewage and trash removal is included with the lot rent, which is $250 per month. That’s dirt cheap! We’d only have to worry about the mortgage (around $180-$220) and other utilities – phone, electric, cable/internet, etc. So, we’ll see. :bounce: I’m excited, but trying not to get too excited until we have something definite.

Is it just me, or does this spoiler (spotted on a car in Wal-Mart’s parking lot) look like it was manufactured by Rubbermaid? :haha:
I would have taken a better picture, but this Wal-Mart is really, really ghetto (also the one where I got into a fight with a woman in the bathroom over my brother being in there), and I’d probably get a cap busted in my white ass :eye-popping: if the owner of the car saw me checking out his “ride”, so I took a quick pic and then we took off.
Daniel and I had a very nice night together. :couple: Just what we needed. And now, off to bed! :zzz: Goodnight!

Well, I was indeed tired this morning. :yawn: I didn’t want to get up. :whimper: But I had to, so I did. I saved a bit of time and was able to sleep until 9:10am (instead of waking up at 8:45am) since I took a shower late last night and didn’t do anything to get sweaty/dirty. Work was good today. Busy, but it went quick. I had the best position of all: float. So, I floated around, straightened up the dining room, brewed coffee, did some dishes, dried and lined trays, bagged toys, etc. I then did hole, and then was expediting and doing drive-thru for the rest of the afternoon. Oh! Ladies and gentleman, this is not how you handle an incorrect order, especially when it’s the fault of the person who originally rang your order, and your fault as well since you didn’t bother to look at the screen to see if your order is correct: You do not come storming into the store, throw an unwrapped sandwich on the counter, and scream, “I want my fucking order fixed!” That is how you get handcuffed and taken away by the police. :blah: Assholes.
I came home at 4:00pm and the first thing I did was lay down and take a nice nap until 8:00pm. I woke up with a headache :headache:, but after eating dinner (hotdogs and waffles, what a combination! :haha:) I felt much better. Now I’m just killing time until Daniel comes over. :couple: We’re going out. :heart: Tomorrow I don’t work until 12:00pm. Yay! I get to sleep in. :zzz:
