I finally have a decent pair of shoes for work. My Sketchers (they’re over two years ago) were too worn and beat to use, and my other shoes were color-appropriate, but the platformed heel was murder after five hours. Now I have a nice pair of black shoes that look almost like my Sketchers. The only difference is that they’re lowtops. I’m wearing them now – very comfortable. I :heart: them.

I think I set a record of some sort. I went to bed at 9:48pm and woke up this morning at 10:19am. :blush: Needless to say, I feel pretty damn good! :biggrin: Nice and awake and alert…
I did some support tickets for Netrillium, went through e-mails, posted on Nova… waiting a bit impatiently for two responses about intensified.org. They’ve both received my u2us (since the messages aren’t in my outbox, but my sent box, meaning they’ve been read)… :hmmph: I really hope Daniel’s unemployment check comes today.
Ugh…it’s aggravating to know that we bought $90 worth of groceries last night but forgot about getting milk and bread. :sarcastic: Leave it to me to forget the simple things.
You know, I think Boobear has lost his mind. He’s sitting on my desk watching me type. Suddenly he focuses on my left arm. He gets in that “stalk” mode – you know, ears flat and laid back, whiskers standing straight out, eyes narrowed. He then swats at my arm twice. WTF? :rotfl: Slly cat…

Work was good. 
I was up front for the entire five hours- first watching and bagging for Angela, then with Barbara, then back to Angela, then to Barbara, then Brandi, and finally Kevin. I’m sure that my next day there (Monday) I’ll be on register myself. So yes, all in all it was a good day. Well, except for the fact that I was wearing platform shoes because my Sketchers were paint splattered and look like shit. You know, the elevation of the heel on those shoes isn’t much, but when you’re standing in one spot for five hours, it feels like five feet. 
My feet were killing me from 1:30pm on.
I came home and went back out again with Daniel. He got some cash in the mail from his father, so we did some much needed grocery shopping. We also lugged home 40 lbs. of cat litter. :cat: The old litter was dumped, the rug underneath their boxes was vacuumed, and fresh litter put in. They seem happy.
I’m tired. I did my nails. My favorite nail polish has to be Maybelline’s Wet Shine, Wet Shine Diamonds, Express Finish and Express Finish Glitter collections. My newest color is “Luminous Moon” from Maybelline’s Express Finish Glitter line. I have “Luminous Moon” (silver glitter), “Far Out Fuschia” (deep magenta glitter) and “Blue Bolt” (blue glitter) from Express Finish Glitter, “Red Comet” from Express Finish, “Rhinestone Pink” (light shimmery pink) from Wet Shine Diamonds, and “Succulent” (dark red/brown) from Wet Shine. Great colors. Great wear too – doesn’t chip or peel! :clap: I definitely give these collections my highest recommendation. Yeah, that’s my :twocents:.

Well, wish me luck! Today is my first official “training” day for K-Mart.
I feel so preppy. I have on slightly platformed brown shoes, black slacks, and a white collared shirt – in case you can’t tell from the cam picture, it’s a red shirt with white cuffs and collar. But then I kind of offset the preppiness with my make-up – glitter lipgloss, black eyeliner on top and bottom, going outwards at an angle at the corner of my eye, silver eyeshadow, mascara, and glitter over my eyelashes and eyelids. Dan can’t stop telling me how pretty I look. :cloudnine: Awww…

You know, I don’t understand some people. There’s this person on Nova who has decided she doesn’t like me. That’s fine. I don’t care if she doesn’t like me. But what I do care about is the fact that she takes every opportunity to make bitchy and sarcastic little replies to my posts and replies. But why? To my knowledge I’ve never said or done anything to this stupid twit to piss her off. You’d think that if she really didn’t like me, she’d just ignore me. I guess that solution is too simple, so instead she goes out of her way to act like a shit to me at Nova. You know, it may just be the internet, but you can still hurt people’s feelings…
