I’ve been busy all evening working on my gallery, which is now up! I have a thing for that cat image. It’s in four skins for k-m-k, and now in the template for the gallery. I plan on making a phpbb theme using it, and when I get the topsites going… well, I’ll save those fun projects for another day. ;)

Wow, I feel full. My poor stomach can’t take too much more abuse today. First I sucked down about 96 ounces of water (Daniel and I just did the math, lol) in a ten minute period for the drug screening test, and now I just drank a snapple. Kiwi strawberry. Mmm.
I’m bored. Maybe I should go watch a movie. We borrowed a bunch from my family and his. So far we watched Ice Age (so cute!!!) and American History X (depressing movie, but really good), and we still have Me Myself & Irene, Jacob’s Ladder, Minority Report and Resident Evil to see. 
Just when you think things can’t get any worse, they do. :shock: Needless to say, we’re going to be doing some major scrambling in the next twelve days to come up with that amount (I can’t believe his financial aid loans haven’t come through yet) or moving the hell out of here. Eek. I knew something was up, because this morning around 9:00am, there was some banging on the door that roused me from sleep. I was still in a daze though, and didn’t realize what was going on until I heard a key turning in the locks. The first thing I blurted out was, “I’m not dressed!” :dammit: The man on the other side re-locked the door and apologized and said he was here to see if someone was still living in apartment thirteen. “Obviously”, I replied. He thanked me and left, and I fell back asleep. That letter was slid under our door this afternoon. :dead:
This afternoon I had an interview at Ace Cash Express. She must want to hire me, because she wasted no time in directing me to a nearby lab to get a drug screening. I went home first to get directions (anybody else as addicted to mapquest as I am? :crazy:) and guzzled down three large glasses of water as well. I got to the center without a hitch, peed in the cup, signed the appropriate forms, and then came home again, and made an immediate mad dash for the bathroom – looks like I drank more water than necessary. :cheeky: I just didn’t want to go to the center and not be able to go… :beady:
For the males reading this, please, tell me – do all men hate Kias, or am I just running into some bad luck? Tell me – is it the flower on the antennae? Does it make you feel insecure? Am I threatening your manhood with my spiffy little car and its girly decorations, so you feel the need to squash me? Since March, I’ve been run off the road and nearly side swiped by mini-vans, full sized vans, pick-up trucks, and tractor trailers – all driven by men (I should know; I made sure to get a glimpse of their face when I was flipping them the bird after recovering from my near-death-experience-induced heart attack. :blah:). In March I was forced onto the shoulder of a highway by a full sized van. Since then several mini vans have tried to merge into my lane – and into me. Last week I almost got smushed against a cement barrier along the side of the turnpike by a tractor trailer. Then today, on the way to the interview a full sized van swerved over and almost side swiped me, and on the way back from the interview a pick-up truck almost slammed into my side when he kept coming at me, so I was practically forced onto the shoulder. :faint:
Um, webified wise (since I don’t have to worry about being run over on the internet :eyeroll:), I uploaded a new skin. Can you tell I’m feeling uncreative? That’s the fourth layout I’ve used that cat in. :haha: I also created a misc page to store fansigns, such as the one Rachel sent me:

I registered a domain for Jamie (I need to e-mail her the account information. Ack! :nervous:), and am waiting for a confirmation from my secret lesbian lover in another lifetime Whitney so I can register her domain as well. I also sold purses & make-up to two girls, and, um… that’s it? I think? :nod:
